Who processes your data?
The legal name, address and contact email of the QBIC3D project’s controller have not yet been provided. Real enquiry submission is therefore disabled.
What data and why?
We use your first name, email, optional phone number, photo and model requirements to assess your idea and discuss possible production. Your image is not used for facial recognition or unique identification.
Legal basis
Processing the data and photo in this enquiry form is based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. If we later enter into a transaction, information on processing for contract performance and accounting will be provided separately.
Retention and recipients
Enquiries and uploaded images in this system are retained for 90 days and then removed by the daily automatic deletion process. Contact the controller to request earlier deletion. Separate contractual records may have another retention period, explained in advance.
Hosting and data infrastructure: Cloudflare (Workers, D1 and private R2). Cloudflare Turnstile protects against automated submissions. If email notifications are enabled, Resend receives only a notification with the enquiry reference, without your photo or contact details. Provider processing may occur outside the EEA. Before activation, the controller must assess processing agreements and applicable transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, data portability. Contact the controller to exercise your rights or withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia.
Cookies and image rights
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Necessary technologies may be used for service security. Only upload photos you are entitled to use and avoid sending sensitive data. Publication or advertising use requires separate permission.
